Bart Baldwin has assisted us with several transactions and he has exceeded our expectations in all of them. Bart has been our “cornerstone” since 2020 when we began building our future retirement plans on Lana’i. He has truly been such a blessing. He has helped in countless instances. A few highlights of what he has assisted us with:
- In 2020, during the early stages of the pandemic, Bart showed us a couple of homes, one of which we purchased. Although he was not the listing agent, he showed the home for another Realtor. It was during these showings in which I noticed his professionalism, humility and knowledge of Lana’i.
- In 2021, Bart assisted us in the sale of our investment home on Oahu and the subsequent 1031 transaction. As a result of the exchange, we are now owners of 3 properties on Lana’i! His attention to detail and timeliness, played an important part in the successful transaction.
- We are currently closing on another property on Lana’i and we would not be in this position if it wasn’t for Bart. He was well aware that the property was going to be on the market before it was listed and this allowed us to make a solid offer in a very short timeframe.
- We trust Bart to manage our rental properties on Lana’i.
Bart has the qualities that make him a very successful Realtor and property manager. He is professional, yet he is relatable. He attentively listens to our needs to get a clear understanding of our objectives. He is very responsive to our questions and requests, often answering our calls, emails, and text messages on weeknights and weekends. He is knowledgeable and carries himself with integrity. He does detailed research to assist with assessing fair market values of properties and then negotiates fairly and effectively. He is an advocate, always keeping our best interests in mind. We have the utmost confidence in him.
